S.o.S (Video)

The “S.O.S.” video by Victoria Monét featuring Usher is an R&B dreamscape that merges sensuality, minimalism, and futurism.

The visual language blends 90s/2000s R&B iconography with 2020s high-gloss aesthetic and color theory. El was brought on to oversee Usher’s fashion direction with monochromatic layers, luxurious fabrics, and fine tailoring.

The visuals amplify themes of self-transformation, cultural sovereignty, and future-oriented identity—making it a rich reference for anyone working at the intersection of fashion, culture, and technology. El was brought on to be a creative collaborative partner overseeing the art department and costume design.
